Appointment Cancellation/No show Policy
We do everything we can to provide the best possible service to all our clients. When a client fails to make their appointment, or cancels at the last minute, that time slot is wasted and another client can’t get in the door, potentially one that really needed some work done that day. Given this fact, we have adapted to the following policies…
We require a credit card at the time of booking your appointment to keep on file.
24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment, with no charge. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
If you are unable to give your therapist a reasonable time of advance notice you may be charged 50% for your missed appointment. However, if you are unable to give the 24-hour cancellation notice and we can fill your appointment time you will not be charged.
No-shows Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment with no contact, will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged the full amount for their “missed” appointment.
If you book with a gift certificate or coupon and fail to give the 24-hour notice or no show you forfeit that gift certificate or coupon.
Arriving late Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session, however we will do our best to satisfy the scheduled time.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, plan your visit accordingly and please arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure a full session.
Of course we understand that life is complicated. Please call, we want to work with you. This policy is only in place to encourage common courtesy.
